my b/f of a year and a half never takes me out anymore. like he did as when we first started dating. now i am four months pregnant and i dont know what to think

Some men think a pregnant woman is fragile and needs "take it easy" all the time. I would make sure that he knows you still want to go out, especially since it will be harder to go out once the baby arrives. Be sure to tell him straight out that you want to go out, if you only drop hints he probably won't get it.
